What are the differences between Onsite and Online Registration?

Onsite registration fees include:

  • Access to all sessions, onsite and online (5 days, except for 'one-day' registration)
  • Coffee breaks & exhibition (for 5 days, or 1 day for 'one-day' registration)
  • Access to the ePosters platform, prior and during the conference
  • Access to EAS 2024 dedicated Slack space
  • Access to the sessions recordings after the conference
  • Welcome Reception (on Monday)
  • Ability to give a talk in presence onsite for all sessions (during all 5 days, or 1 day for 'one-day' registration)


Please note that there are two different types of online registration:


Online Attendee registration fee includes:

  • Access to the all sessions (plenary, symposia, special and lunch sessions), live or recorded, on a virtual platform
  • Access to the ePosters platform, prior and during the conference
  • Access to EAS 2024 dedicated Slack space
  • Access to the sessions recordings after the conference


Online Speaker registration fee includes:
  • All that is included in Online Attendee Registration fee

  • Ability to give a talk remotely "live" for all sessions
