Amendment policy
We offer our participants the flexibility of changing their registration from online to on-site or vice versa.
- Until 15 May 2024: changes are free of charge.
- From 16 May to 3 June 2024: An administration fee of 30 € will be charged for any changes, together with bank charges (15 €) if a refund is needed. Any remaining balance must be settled.
- From 4 June 2024: An administration fee of 30 € will be charged for any changes. Any remaining balance must be settled. No refund can be made.
