Are social events free for registrants to attend?

All social events are free of charge, except the Conference dinner.
The Welcome reception is offered to any participant registered (onsite) to the meeting.
The Student event is also free of charge, but only open to Master/PhD students registered to EAS 2024.
At the time of registration, please sign up to events that you are interested in. If you change your mind after having registered, please contact [email protected]
