What costs are covered by the organisers?

Being accepted as a volunteer, you will be granted:
- a fee waiver (free registration to the conference)
- access to coffee breaks
- access to the welcome reception
- access to the student’s social event
- lunch bags for the days you are on duty.
The organisers do not cover the following costs: travel expenses, accommodation, personal insurances, etc.
Please remember that to obtain the fee waiver, volunteers need to work for at least 5 shifts (approx. 2,5 days or 5 half days in total during the week).
