I have already registered to the conference. Do I need to proceed to payment of my registration?

No, please wait to proceed with payment, should you have already regsitered to the conference. If you have applied to volunteer, please leave your registration unpaid until you receive the results.

We hope you’ll receive good news. If you get a negative answer to your application, you will still be able to take advantage of the registration rate valid at the date of your application (for instance "very early bird" rate if you have applied before Feb 26th).

If you have already proceeded with payment while you also applied to volunteer, and get a positive result, then your registration fee will be refunded to you.

You might receive a payment reminder from the secretariat, but please just reply to this email mentioning that you are waiting for the aplication result.
